About Swami Anand

Swami Anand Sandesh was born in 1980 and completed his schooling and higher studies at different parts of India by being Kendriya Vidyala student and got well acquainted with different cultures of India. He has been professional English language trainer for more than two decades.
He has been mediation teacher for more than two decades. Guiding more than 250 active and passive meditation from Vigyan Bhairav Tantra and Tibetan meditations. Conducted meditation programs in schools, colleges, companies and conducted workshops in hotels for Indians and foreigners.
